Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners

The respective factors must be included in your copyright infringement claim:

6. A declaration that the details in the notification are true and, under pain of perjury, that the complaining party has the right to speak for the holder of the allegedly-infringing exclusive property.

The processing of DMCA notifications may be delayed if all of the aforementioned information is neglected.

Notice and Takedown

Procedure: All users of the System database, in whatever capacity, are expected to abide by all applicable copyright laws. On the other hand, if the Company receives the correct report of alleged copyright infringement, it will promptly take action by removing or blocking access to the allegedly unlawful material. If a counter notification is received, the company will abide by the relevant DMCA rules.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate the law may have their access to the Company’s system or network terminated at the discretion of the Company, under the relevant conditions.

Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures

The Company’s policy is to comply with and refrain from interfering with generally accepted technical measures that it determines are reasonable in the circumstances, i.e., technical measures employed by copyright owners to identify or safeguard copyrighted works.
