DMCA for Pro Jaankari
Using this policy,
any claimed copyright infringement will be reported in accordance with the
guidelines outlined in 17 U.S.C. A comparison of Section 512 and the Digital
Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). The legitimate rights of copyright owners,
their agents, and representatives are respected by projaankari.blogspot.com and
our network of websites and services (the “Company”). Users are expected to observe
any legal safeguards offered by applicable copyright law when using any
component of the Company’s computing system.
Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners
The respective
factors must be included in your copyright infringement claim:
- A copyright holder’s electronic or written signature or the signature of a representative with the authority to speak for the owner of the allegedly violated exclusive right.
- Recognition of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work, or, in the event that more than one such work is covered by a single notice at a single online location, a representative list of such works at that location.
- Recognition of the allegedly illegal or subject to illegal behavior material that needs to be removed or whose access needs to be restricted, as well as information that is fairly sufficient to allow the company to find the item.
- Documentation that is at least necessary to allow the Company to get in touch with the complaining party, such as the complaining party’s address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
- The use of the work in the way that has been complained of is not permitted by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, according to the complaining party’s good faith opinion.
- A declaration that the details in the notification are true and, under pain of perjury, that the complaining party has the right to speak for the holder of the allegedly-infringing exclusive property.
The processing of
DMCA notifications may be delayed if all of the aforementioned information is
neglected.
Notice and Takedown
Procedure: All
users of the System database, in whatever capacity, are expected to abide by
all applicable copyright laws. On the other hand, if the Company receives the
correct report of alleged copyright infringement, it will promptly take action
by removing or blocking access to the allegedly unlawful material. If a counter
notification is received, the company will abide by the relevant DMCA rules.
Repeat Infringers
Users who
repeatedly violate the law may have their access to the Company’s system or
network terminated at the discretion of the Company, under the relevant
conditions.
Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
The Company’s
policy is to comply with and refrain from interfering with generally accepted
technical measures that it determines are reasonable in the circumstances,
i.e., technical measures employed by copyright owners to identify or safeguard
copyrighted works.
Note - I pledge to take down the pirated content within 48 hours.
